Livingstone introduced its app initially to make collection day and other service information easy to access. Stage 2 saw them add digital waste vouchers, a cost saving move away from printing and posting vouchers.

The digitisation of their vouchers and waste service information has been a huge success, offering significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

App features include:

• report an issue or request a service
• view a custom collection calendar
• e-waste vouchers through app
• learn more about waste and recycling in Livingstone
