Looking at downloads as a percentage of premises, every house in Bega has their app!

The app was introduced to help educate residents on FOGO. It was a key part of this strategy. The app offered a one year pay back as it enabled Council to cease printing and posting calendars.

A few years later, Council added the digital waste vouchers module to the app. This has saved considerable time, resources and improved the experience for residents.
