Snowy Valleys council

Introduced the app to make it easy for residents to get digital waste vouchers and see their collection service details. Council moved from a "Waste weekend" system that offered free access to the landfill on specific dates, to a digital voucher solution. The vouchers are accessed through the app and our website extension.

App features include:

• access FOGO Bag Voucher
• set alarms for bin night
• report missed services
• learn more about what to put in each bin
• locate your nearest SVC Resource Recovery Centre
