Canada Bay Council migrated to Impact Apps from Recycle Coach (formerly My Waste). The transition was smooth with residents loving our app. Council changed to Impact Apps because our content management system (CMS), gives them a far greater ability to edit content in the app. 

Council recently changed their clean up collection service. The app has made communicating this complex change very easy. Residents simply type their address and either see their next scheduled collection date or, a link to book a clean up.

App features include:

• A personal bin collection calendar specific to your address
• Reminders for bin collections and bulk household collection
• Answers to your questions on what to do with unusual items like mattresses, chemicals, batteries
• Forms to report illegal dumping, damaged or stolen bins and missed bin collections
• Information on Council’s services, waste facilities and more.
